2026-2027 Fall Start-Up Campaign
As we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year, we are anticipating and preparing for all God will do. We have a goal to raise $11,000 to cover some of our larger expenses throughout the Fall semester. Will you consider partnering with us to meet our goal?
Our current needs:
$800 for dinners at Chi Alpha Live, our large group worship service, where our community comes together to worship, hear a teaching, and share a meal once a month.
$200 for snacks at Chi Alpha Live, so students linger after the service, making memories and building friendships that point them to Jesus.
$500 for outreach at Camp Yale, a pivotal time for us to meet incoming first-year students and encourage them to get involved with Christian community through Chi Alpha.
$500 for outreach through tabling, which gives us an opportunity to connect with students across campus who wouldn’t seek out a church service, but still need the love of Jesus.
$6500 for our Fall Retreat location: this provides us a place in the beautiful Connecticut fall where students can step away from campus and rest in God’s presence through worship, teachings, and enjoying his creation as a community through outdoor activities like hiking or kickball.
$1000 for transportation to Fall Retreat, which allows us to keep costs low for students attending Fall Retreat so finances aren’t the reason someone misses this opportunity to draw near to God.
$1500 for food at Fall Retreat, so we can feed students while they’re away from campus and fuel them for life-changing worship/teaching sessions, our infamous and overly competitive game of kickball, and for the late-night hang-outs that transform acquaintances into brothers and sisters.
